Chromata provides professional design extraction and generation tools. Our Service includes:
- Design Inspector: Web-based tool to inspect colors and typography from any website URL
- Palette Generator: Create and customize professional color schemes with real-time preview
- Chrome Extension: Browser tool for quick CSS style extraction
- Export Options: Generate design tokens in Tailwind CSS v3/v4, HEX, RGB, HSL, and OKLCH formats
- Save & Manage: Store and organize your favorite color palettes with user accounts
3. License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Service for your personal or commercial projects, subject to these Terms. You may:
- Use our tools to extract design information from websites
- Generate and customize color palettes for your projects
- Export and use the generated design tokens in your work
- Save and manage palettes with a user account
- Share our Service with others
4. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Service or tools
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of our Service
- Use our Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws or regulations while using our Service
- Use our Service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including the website, tools, and Chrome Extension, and all original content, features, and functionality are owned by Chromata and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The design information you extract from websites remains subject to the original website's terms and licenses.

When you use our Service to extract design information from websites:
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the extracted information
- We do not claim ownership of the design elements you extract
- You should respect the intellectual property rights of website owners
- Our Service is a tool; how you use the extracted information is your responsibility
7. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with third-party services including TheColorAPI for color naming, Supabase for data storage, and web scraping technologies. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
